• Active Member Regular Registration – $700.00
  Active Paid Member Regular Registration
  Active members of SWASAP receive regular conference rate registration. Active members must be members of their state association to receive the membership rate. You must be a paid member to register as active. Registrations after October 5, 2026, will pay the increased fee. Please note that there is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% added to the $700 base price. Request a revised invoice for purchase orders/checks.
• Early Bird - Active Member Registration – $575.00
  Active Paid members of SWASAP receive a discount on conference registration PRIOR to the deadline of May 11, 2026. Active members must be members of their state association to receive the membership rate. You must be a paid member to register for the Member Rate. Please note that there is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% added to the $575.00 base price. Request a revised invoice for purchase orders/checks.
• Early Bird - Non-Member Registration – $775.00

• Late/On-Site Registration – $800.00
  Members who register after October 5, 2026, will pay the late/on-site registration fee. Active members must be members of their state association to receive the membership rate. Please note that there is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% added to the $800 base price. Request a revised invoice for purchase orders/checks.
• Non-Member Late/On-Site Registration – $1,000.00
  Non-Members who register after October 5, 2026, will pay the late/on-site registration fee. Please note that there is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% added to the $1000 base price. Request a revised invoice for purchase orders/checks.
• Non-Member Regular Registration – $900.00
