No Shows will be billed the full conference rate. Requests for cancellation should be sent in writing to Trese Collins, trcollins@nmsu.edu

If there are extenuating circumstances, you can send Trese Collins a written request outlining the circumstances leading to the registration cancellation request which will be forwarded to the SWASAP Board for approval.
