• Active Member Registration – $700.00
  Active Paid members of SWASAP receive a discount on conference registration PRIOR to the deadline of October 16, 2025 Active members must be members of their state association to receive the membership rate. You must be a paid member to register for the Member Rate. Please note that there is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% added to the $700 base price. Request a revised invoice for purchase orders/checks.
• Active Member Regular/Onsite Registration – $800.00

  Active members of SWASAP receive a discount on conference registration. You must be a paid member to register as active. Registrations after 10/16/2025, registrants will pay the increased fee. • Non-Member Registration – $900.00
  This registration is available to Non-Members of SWASAP who register PRIOR to the deadline of October 16, 2025 Please note that there is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% added to the $900 base price. Request a revised invoice for purchase orders/checks.
• Non-Member Regular/On Site Registration – $1,000.00
  Non-Members who register after October 16, 2025 will pay the regular/on site registration fee. Please note that there is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% added to the $900 base price. Request a revised invoice for purchase orders/checks.
