Annual Conference

SWASAP joins together every fall to welcome new members, guide and support our membership in their programs, and celebrate the success of our programs through the year. This year's conference will be hosted in Baton Rouge, Louisana's "Capital City" and the hub of all things Louisiana! Come widen your perspectives with SWASAP, connect with your TRIO family, and enjoy the history and culture of the city!

Pre-Conference activities will take place November 3-4. Watch for future details to be announced. 

A Note About Registration Rates:

The registration rate displayed is based on your current membership level. If your membership expires or changes before the Annual Conference, your conference rate will change as well and you will be expected to pay the rate that coincides with your new level of membership. 

For example, if you are an active member at the time of registration and your membership expires before the conference, you will be prompted to pay the Non-Member registration rate, unless you renew your membership. Similarly, if you are Student Member at the time of your registration and your membership changes to Professional Affiliate, you will be required to pay the member rate instead of the student rate.
