Preferred due date: (Wednesday, October 2, 2025) The preferred due date for all assets/items is one month before the conference (Payments, company logo, PowerPoint advertisement slide, video, booklet ad, etc.)

Submitting of Assets: Please submit any vendor/sponsorship ads when submitting payment. Please digitally submit any assets (PowerPoint slides, videos, logos, banners, etc.) by Friday, October 10, 2025.

Vendor Topic Presentations: “Vendor Topic” Session (60 minutes). Hot Topic sessions are purchased as a part of an exhibitor/sponsor package are guaranteed. Proposals should be submitted by  October 10, 2025 .

Final Deadline: (Friday, October 10, 2025) All assets are due to meet timelines.
