Sponsorship Availability: All sponsorships are available on a first come first served basis

Payments: All Payments are due to SWASAP TRIO upon receipt of invoice.

Preferred due date: (Wednesday, October 9, 2024) The preferred due date for all assets/items is one month before the conference (Payments, company logo, PowerPoint advertisement slide, video, booklet ad, etc.)

Submitting of Assets: Please submit any vendor/sponsorship ads when submitting payment. Please digitally submit any assets (PowerPoint slides, videos, logos, banners, etc.) by Friday, October 11, 2024.

Vendor Topic Presentations: “Vendor Topic” Session (60 minutes). Hot Topic sessions are purchased as a part of an exhibitor/sponsor package are guaranteed. Proposals should be submitted by Friday, September 20, 2024.

Final Deadline: (October 11, 2024) All assets are due to meet timelines.
