CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

If your availability changes and you are no longer able to attend the conference, please be sure to cancel by the cancellation/refund dates posted on the conference website.  ALL requests for cancellation will be billed in line with the deadlines/amounts posted on the conference website.  

  • If canceled by 10/11/2018             Full Refund
  • If canceled by 10/28/2018             Half Refund
  • After 10/28/2018 No Refund
