CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If your availability changes and you are no longer able to attend the conference, please be sure to cancel by the cancellation/refund dates posted on the conference website. ALL requests for cancellation will be billed in line with the deadlines/amounts posted on the conference website.

The deadline has passed for cancellation requests, if you wish to request an exemption to the cancellation policy, follow the instructions below.
Requests for Exemption of Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for exemption to the refund policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the SWASAP Board of Directors. The deadline for submitting an exemption request for the 2017 Annual Conference is April 28, 2018.
Complete the form below to submit a request to be considered for exemption from the SWASAP Conference registration cancellation policy. Please provide all relevant information that will help board members understand your extenuating circumstances.

Your request for exemption will be forwarded to the SWASAP Board of Directors, which will consider the request at the next available meeting (February, May, August). You will be notified within 30 days of the board decision. The final board decision is binding.
