The Fair Share Committee is excited about our upcoming SWASAP 51st Annual Conference and we want to make sure this is an amazing Fair Share raffle/silent auction experience for our members and guests!
In order to make it all happen, we need your help!
We are asking you to bring your favorite raffle item/s or basket for Fair Share and any silent auction basket/s which will go towards SWASAP scholarships.
This year, the raffle and silent auction will be held in person during the 51st Annual Conference in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma!
In-person attendees will be eligible to claim the baskets/items at the conference. If you are joining us virtually, feel free to send your items or bids with a colleague make arrangements for someone to be prepared to claim items for you.
No money will be accepted during the conference for raffle or silent auction. Donations must be made online directly to COE and you will be asked to show proof of your donation in order to receive raffle tickets. Silent auction winners will receive invoices to be paid to SWASAP for scholarships.
