2019 Annual Conference Vendor and Exhibitor Information
Set-Up: Begins Sunday, November 3 at 1:00 p.m.
Open Exhibitor Hours: Sunday, November 3 from 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Monday, November 4 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 5 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
*Exhibitors are provided conference agenda and are free to manage their booth at their own discretion during Open Exhibitor Hours.
Break-Down: All exhibitor displays and materials must be removed Tuesday, November 5 by 9:00 p.m.Set-Up and Audio-Video Arrangements
Exhibit space includes one draped 6’ table with two chairs and a wastebasket. Requests for electrical, internet, and audio-visual needs can be made by submitting a request to PSAVConference Program Ads
Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum packages include a conference booklet ad. Ads should be submitted in MS Word or PDF format. Ads will be printed in black and white. Ads will also be printed exactly as received so please proof carefully.
Shipping To the Conference
Items should be scheduled to arrive after Monday 10/28. Banquet staff will deliver exhibitor shipments as they arrive to set up. You will be asked to sign for the receipt of their packages. Please use the two forms available on the vendors site of this page to request package delivery. Use the format below.
