The SWASAP Student Leadership Conference will be held September 29- October 1, 2017 at Sky Ranch in Van, TX.  This year’s theme is “Courage to Take the Lead”. The conference will focus on increasing and redefining students’ leadership skills while focusing on service towards others, overall well-being, letting your voice be heard, and the power of a positive outlook.

The registration fee for the conference is: $225.00 (SWASAP members and their programs) and $250.00 (non-members and programs) for students and staff who will attend.  The fees will cover the cost of food, lodging, and programming for the conference.  

We encourage payment by credit card, and will also accept checks and purchase orders. 

The SWASAP Student Leadership Conference is for all TRIO Students in grades 9 and above.  While we understand that TRIO often involves students in lower grades, the curriculum and events of the conference are tailored towards students from 9^th grade to college level.

A Note About Registration Rates:

The registration rate displayed is based on your current membership level. If your membership expires or changes before the Annual Conference, your conference rate will change as well and you will be expected to pay the rate that coincides with your new level of membership. 

For example, if you are an active member at the time of registration and your membership expires before the conference, you will be prompted to pay the Non-Member registration rate, unless you renew your membership. Similarly, if you are Student Member at the time of your registration and your membership changes to Professional Affiliate, you will be required to pay the member rate instead of the student rate.
